How it Works
It all starts with a need. Your first step is to give us a call. We will forward resumes of appropriate and interested candidates from a talented pool of junior or senior attorneys and paralegals. They can start as soon as soon as you need them. We’d be happy to choose the best candidate for you. If you’d prefer, you may select candidates based on resumes, or interview them and then decide. Simple.
Keep in mind that all of our attorneys and paralegals are employees of Lexolution. That means you sign their weekly timesheet, we pay them and then bill you solely for the hours they worked. No other costs, no hassles. Just a job well done.

Many of the highly qualified attorneys and paralegals who contact us also would be interested in pursuing permanent positions. We have placed attorneys and paralegals on a permanent basis with large and small law firms and corporate legal departments. It is our pleasure to assist you with your permanent needs.
Many of our clients are also hiring candidates through us on a temp-to-perm basis. This allows you and your firm, as well as the candidate, to ease into a permanent relationship by working together first on a contract basis. It's a great way to get a real look at someone before he or she joins your staff. If you decide the fit is right you can hire the candidate on a permanent basis. The placement fee will be reduced based on the number of hours worked - often to zero.
Many of our clients have found that allowing for a flexible work schedule attracts high caliber attorneys.
